Staff Training Requirements
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Hold First Aid & CPR certifications and CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification
  • Complete MANDT Certification for handling behavioral situations
  • Fulfill DDA training requirements, including specialized respite care training
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, if transportation support is required
